This notice describes how Lumaro handles information through its desktop application and website.
Desktop application
Lumaro processes selected images locally on your computer and does not upload those images as part of its core enhancement workflow. Diagnostic logs remain on your computer unless you choose to send them to support.
Website data
The website uses PostHog analytics to understand page views, referral source, country, device and browser information, and clicks such as downloads, pricing links, and resource navigation. Lumaro uses this information to improve the website and product messaging. Lumaro does not use website analytics to access the images processed in the desktop application.
Payments and licensing
The checkout provider processes payment, tax, and billing information under its own privacy terms. Lumaro retains only the customer, purchase, and license information needed to provide the product, prevent abuse, and deliver support.
