These terms govern access to and use of Lumaro software.
License
Lumaro grants the purchaser a personal, non-transferable license according to the selected plan. Subscription access and updates require an active subscription. A lifetime license permits continued use of the purchased version; major future versions may require a separate purchase.
Free trial
The free trial permits two processed images at full quality without a watermark. Attempts to repeatedly reset or bypass the trial may result in access being restricted.
Acceptable use
You may use Lumaro only with images you are authorized to process. You may not redistribute the installer, share license credentials, bypass licensing controls, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited by law, or represent Lumaro as guaranteeing a particular commercial result.
Your files
Keep backups of all original images and review every exported result before professional delivery. Ownership of your original images remains yours.
Warranty and liability
Lumaro is provided as available without guarantees that every image or workflow will produce a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, Lumaro is not responsible for lost files, missed deadlines, or indirect losses arising from use of the software.
