Refund policy
We want customers to have a fair opportunity to evaluate Lumaro. The free trial includes two full-quality image processes without a watermark, so we encourage testing the software with your workflow before purchasing.
Refund requests
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@lumaro.cc. Requests are reviewed individually and should include the purchase email, order details, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Eligible situations
Refunds are generally considered for duplicate purchases, accidental charges, or material technical problems that prevent Lumaro from functioning as described after reasonable troubleshooting. Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind after substantial use, failure to meet unsupported system requirements, or failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.
Subscriptions
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals and does not automatically refund previous charges. Access continues according to the terms shown at checkout and in the customer portal.
Payment processing
Payments and approved refunds are processed by our merchant of record. Processing time may vary by payment method and financial institution. The merchant of record may also issue refunds when required to prevent fraud or chargebacks.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
