Desktop application
Lumaro processes selected images locally on your computer and does not upload those images as part of its core enhancement workflow. Diagnostic logs remain on your computer unless you choose to send them to support.
Website data
The website may collect privacy-friendly traffic information such as page views, referral source, country, device type, and download clicks. Lumaro does not use this information to access the images processed in the desktop application.
Payments and licensing
The checkout provider processes payment, tax, and billing information under its own privacy terms. Lumaro retains only the customer, purchase, and license information needed to provide the product, prevent abuse, and deliver support.
